About Me

Across the many different industries in which I have co-created companies, business concepts and strategies our work has

been pioneering in its development of new, differentiated,

human-centred and digital approaches to solving the problems at hand.

​

​Here are some examples of the mindsets, skills, experiences and results that I wish to transfer to creating impact within the sustainability agenda:

​

• Co-founded KRING Office and co-created one of the first e-commerce and e-procurement systems in the office supply industry in the early 2000s. We halved the storage requirement, significantly strengthened key figures and created efficient price elasticity control of over 20,000 item numbers. The company was acquired by CJC, the largest Danish player, in 2007. 

​

• Co-founded Initto, pioneering the agile development and delivery-models of e-business solutions with offshore centers in India and Eastern Europe. This was acquired in 2009 by Saxo Bank to accelerate their digital platform, welcoming 300 skilled software engineers and CMMI 3 based processes.

​

• Co-created the Value Loop, a closed loop NPS big-data system which became the heart of DSV's global customer success program and AL Bank (voted #1 bank by customers over 10 years), among others.

​

• Jumpstarted the co-creation of new strategies and concepts which changed Circular Economy and Kalundborg Symbiosis from a "waste" position to a "strategic innovation & growth" position for national and international scaling.
   

• Co-created GreenBlue Society. A regional concept and execution platform that utilizes global mega trends, needs for societal change and global demand for 1:1 large-scale projects of commercial solutions for growth and welfare. One of these projects became Enova A+.
   

• Co-created "Markedspladsen" together with Deloitte and an Investment fund. An equity investment platform and second market for SME and Growth companies, later to become Valified.com.
   

• Co-founded KRING Innovation, one of the first Venture builders in Denmark with a unique innovation process -"think big, start small, scale fast" - designed to co-create and co-invest with corporates and entrepreneurs. Today has a portfolio of 11 companies such as TestaViva, Enova A+, Dropboy, Pree.to, Flextribe and Valified with 5-7 more on the way with a 100% SDG focus.

• Co-created strategies and concepts and wing-manned the founders of Spiir and Nordic Api Gateway, a front runner in Nordic Fintech and Danske Banks and DNB's first fintech investment. 
   

• Co-founded and co-created Human Practice Foundation  which under the brilliant leadership of Pernilles has so far established 50 schools for 25,000 students in Nepal and Africa. It has also begun the first growth projects in coffee production, raising its value and creating jobs locally. All this has been achieved in only 4-5 years and for only DKK 50M, showing extraordinary scalability.

• Co-created innovations and new market validation approaches for Pree.to and New Practice with more than 2000 leaders and innovators participating in the creation of fresh methods and mindsets for entrepreneurial innovation and growth.

• Co-founded and co-created Doerscircle.com in Singapore, the first global support platform for entrepreneurs and freelancers, soon becoming 50% of the workforce in co-creation with leading companies such as AXA, Fullerton Health, and Acclaim. 
   

• Initiated and concept-created the DanSing Fintech Bridge between Singapore and Denmark, and the world’s first partnership between two FSA's (Singapore MAS & Danish Finanstilsynet) on fintech innovation. Beautiful executed by Copenhagen Fintech, The Danish Embassy of Singapore and Invest in Denmark.

• Co-creator of the Rise & Shine Community, an early morning (7-8.45am) network of 100+ bold entrepreneurs and leaders from Danish corporate Top1000 companies. Provides a space to openly and honestly share experiences, knowledge and insights from the frontline of leading sustainable innovation and change. I lead this project with a great team, here's an example.

In addition to the above, I have had a number of positions of trust as Chairman of the Danish Entrepreneur Association, member of the board for the Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Chairman of the Expert Panel for Innovation, Member of the Digital Council of the Ministry of Education and Research, Member of Growth Forum Sjælland, Member of DTU's Innovation Forum, Member of the Advisory Board in Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv) and much more.

 

I have also had the honour of being named among Berlingske's Talent 100 in the category Entrepreneurship and chosen as "årets ejerleder" by PwC with KRING Technologies A/S.
